At Non Linear Coach, we didn’t start this business because we have all the answers. We’re not here to sell silver bullets or one-size-fits-all solutions. We're not therapists or licensed mental health professionals. What we are is a pair of professionals who’ve lived through the messy, unpredictable reality of early careers—filled with detours, leaps of faith, pivots, and a lot of learning the hard way.

We’ve been downsized. We’ve made bold moves. We’ve navigated ambiguity, risk, and reinvention. And through it all, we’ve built careers—and lives—that reflect our values, not someone else’s template for success.

Along the way, we realized something important: finding a coach who truly understood our perspective—who could speak our language and meet us where we were—was harder than it should be.

We met as classmates at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and we supported each other’s growth across very different industries and functions. That mutual support—honest, practical, and rooted in shared values—was transformative.
